Summit Highlights

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu (1350m, 4429ft), you'll be greeted by our expedition team. After a warm welcome, you'll be transferred to your hotel where you can relax, unwind, and prepare for the upcoming adventure.

These two days are dedicated to essential preparations for the expedition. You'll undergo thorough gear checks to ensure all equipment is in top condition for the challenging journey ahead. Our team will assist with any necessary official procedures, including permits and paperwork. Additionally, there will be comprehensive team briefings covering safety protocols, climbing strategies, and expedition logistics. Use this time to familiarize yourself with your expedition mates and build camaraderie as you embark on this epic journey together.

Early morning, you'll transfer to the airport for a scenic flight to Lukla (2840m, 9,152ft), a thrilling start to your Everest adventure. Upon landing, embark on a trek to Phakding (2610m, 8561ft) along the Dudh Koshi River, passing through picturesque Sherpa villages and lush forests.

Continue your trek from Phakding to Namche Bazar (3440m, 11,283ft), a bustling Sherpa town and trading hub. Enjoy stunning views of Everest and surrounding peaks along the trail.

Take a rest day in Namche Bazar for acclimatization. Explore the town, visit local markets, and hike to nearby viewpoints for panoramic mountain vistas.

Resume trekking to Tengboche Monastery (3860m, 12,661ft), a revered Buddhist site with breathtaking views of Everest, Ama Dablam, and other peaks. Witness a monastery ceremony and soak in the spiritual ambiance.

Continue ascending to Dingboche (4410m, 14,465ft), a beautiful village nestled amidst high-altitude landscapes. Enjoy stunning views of Lhotse and Island Peak along the way.

Take a rest day in Dingboche for acclimatization and relaxation. Explore the surroundings, engage with locals, and prepare mentally for the challenges ahead.
Resume trekking towards Lobuche (4910m, 16,105ft), gradually gaining altitude and experiencing the rugged beauty of the Khumbu region.
Reach the iconic Everest Base Camp (5364m, 17,594ft), a monumental achievement in your Everest journey. Settle into the camp, soak in the atmosphere, and prepare for the upcoming climbing period.
This phase is dedicated to the climbing period on Mount Everest, following a structured ascent schedule led by experienced guides and climbers. Safety, acclimatization, and summit success are the top priorities during this period.
Descend from Everest Base Camp and trek to Pheriche (4270m, 14,009ft), enjoying the lower altitudes and warmer temperatures. Rest and rejuvenate in a comfortable lodge.

Continue descending to Namche Bazar, retracing familiar trails and relishing the mountain scenery one last time.

Complete your trek with a descent to Lukla. Celebrate your achievements, share stories with fellow trekkers, and enjoy a well-deserved rest in Lukla.

Board a scenic flight from Lukla to Kathmandu, enjoying aerial views of the Himalayas one final time. Transfer to your hotel and unwind after the exhilarating expedition.

Spend a day in Kathmandu, exploring the vibrant city, shopping for souvenirs, and reflecting on your Everest adventure. Attend a farewell dinner to celebrate the successful expedition with your team.

The Mount Everest Summit expedition is extremely challenging, requiring excellent physical fitness, prior high-altitude climbing experience, and technical mountaineering skills. The best time for the expedition is typically during the spring (April to May) and autumn (September to October) seasons, offering favorable weather and climbing conditions.

The following are what we advise you obtain in the way of equipment and gear before trekking in Nepal, and are meant to keep you mobile and comfortable in a range of expected weather conditions. Trekking gear can be rented or purchased in Kathmandu at cheaper prices, remember Nepal is the home of Mount Everest, there is plenty of choice and our staff can assist you with the necessary arrangements. Except for your day pack, all luggage will be carried by porters. There is an allowance of 33lbs/15kg per person. Additional personal items not needed for the trekking portion of the trip can be checked in the hotel’s storage room for no extra cost.
