Welcome to Nepal! Upon your arrival at Kathmandu International Airport, one of our Airport Representatives will be there to greet you and facilitate your transfer to your hotel in Kathmandu. Following check-in, we'll hold a final briefing session in the evening to go over the details of the upcoming adventure, after which we recommend resting early in anticipation of tomorrow's activities.

Embark on our journey with a brief morning flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara, a picturesque town situated at the foot of the Annapurna Range. Spend the afternoon exploring Pokhara, an ideal location for any last-minute preparations or purchases of trekking essentials. Weather permitting, you may catch your first glimpse of the majestic mountains.

Commence the trek with a transfer to Nayapul, about an hour's drive from Pokhara. Begin the trek by traversing the Modi Khola River Valley, enjoying a relatively easy walk to the quaint village of Tikhe Dhunga, where we'll spend the night.

Ascend from Tikhe Dhunga, crossing streams and ascending a steep stone staircase to reach the charming Magar Village at Ulleri. Pass through rhododendron and oak forests, ascending towards Nangethanti before arriving at Ghorepani for the night.

Begin the day early with a visit to Poon Hill for a breathtaking sunrise panorama of the Himalayas. Return for breakfast before continuing the trek towards Tadapani, passing through lush forests and picturesque landscapes

  • Extra expenses at restaurants/teahouses: Any additional expenses incurred at restaurants or teahouses beyond the provided meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are not covered.
  • Extra nights in Kathmandu: Additional accommodation in kathmandu due to early arrival, late departure, or early return from trekking, not according to the scheduled itinerary, will be at the participant's expense.
  • Personal Expenses: This includes expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, beverages, alcohol, internet usage, and any personal equipment or shopping.

The following are what we advise you obtain in the way of equipment and gear before trekking in Nepal, and are meant to keep you mobile and comfortable in a range of expected weather conditions. Trekking gear can be rented or purchased in Kathmandu at cheaper prices, remember Nepal is the home of Mount Everest, there is plenty of choice and our staff can assist you with the necessary arrangements. Except for your day pack, all luggage will be carried by porters. There is an allowance of 33lbs/15kg per person. Additional personal items not needed for the trekking portion of the trip can be checked in the hotel’s storage room for no extra cost.
